In Benue state, the Workshop on Peace being facilitated by the Centre for Crisis Prevention and Peace Advocacy (CCPPA) under the auspices of the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), held at Tessa Eatery and Events, Makurdi.
The workshop which is being organised by the Arewa Citizens Action for Change (ACAC), provided a platform for CCPPA to propagate the Conflict Analysis Course that has been prepared by USIP.

Thomas Kwenev, who declared the workshop open commended the initiative and admonished trainees to imbibe a culture of peace and tolerance.
