The Centre for Crisis Prevention and Peace Advocacy, CCPPA, was in Kwara state - the home of harmony - to facilitate the workshop on peace being organised by the Arewa Citizens Action for Change, ACAC.
The workshop which is powered by the United States Institute of Peace, held at the Parjay Suites in Ilorin.
The branch manager of Pal Pensions in Ilorin, Mr Olarenwaju Boshude, who declared the workshop open admonished participants to inculcate the tenets of peace and tolerance.
The workshop proved to be very engaging one as a result of the bent for knowledge that residents of Kwara are known to have.
The workshop ended on a high note as trainees pledged to form community based peace clubs to further the initiative of the workshop.
